this is a fun little code host only

At 4 kills players speed gets reduced 87%
At 8 kills players lose all thier perks (acually 1 or 2 still partially work but I wont say which)
At 12 kills players lose thier hud
At 16 kills players lose all thier ammo,grenades,care packages,etc.(knife only)
Obviously if you are using other codes that change speed,perks,hud or
ammo it will interfere with this code. Its a fun code for a private
match.
